I am so very grateful and thrilled having been invited to judge your dogs and for the very first time in Finland. Replacing Barrie Croft is a challenge, but I am sure we shall all have a wonderful show with many beautiful dogs and fun loving Finns.
Together with Birgitte Schjøth the Danish Delight have for 18 years been awarded Top Breeder Of The Year in Denmark and our lines are furthermore the foundation of 4 new kennels in Scandinavia, which we hope will take our breed well into the next century, maintaining the sound breed that we have. The Danish Delight Kennel has produced a number of Champions throughout Europe as well as received 8 World Winner titles so far.
Having showed for many years, I value and recognize the hard work that goes into maintaining a show dog, presenting a happy and well balanced dog as close to the breed standard as possible and one who can move effortless.
I live half an hour south of Copenhagen on the coast with our 3 dogs, enjoying our (too) large garden and house, love to cook and do happy things with my dogs, especially now that I have left the hectic working life in the tourist- cruises- and event industry. With the slogan “Break Loneliness” I try to encourage all OES in The North to work as therapy dogs, visiting old peoples home and people with dementia. It makes a world of a difference.
I have been the Show master for The Danish OES Club for 25 years as well as part of the board for 5 years, I am also an active part of the Euro Oes Show Forum and at the moment I assist the DKK in their Fundraising Group.
I do so look forward to meeting you and your dogs and I am sure we together shall have a most enjoyable day with the worlds most wonderful breed as the centerpiece!
